Pre-Construction Planning
Our pre-construction planning is centered around creating detailed and accurate 3D designs in collaboration with clients. This not only allows us to provide precise pricing for both the structure and the chosen materials but also ensures that the project is accurately tailored to the client’s vision. By proactively addressing potential design challenges during this phase, we pave the way for a streamlined and smooth construction process, minimizing disruptions and maximizing efficiency.

Construction
Construction of your home begins once we have the design, selections, accurate costs, permits and schedules settled, distinguishing our process from others. You can monitor the progress, track project budgets, and review the schedule on our 24/7 customer portal. Of course, scheduled site visits are always welcome.

Post-construction
Your custom home has been built, but you’re not forgotten. We conduct checkins with you after 1 month, 3 months, and 1 year to ensure your ongoing satisfaction with your home. Additionally, our Home Warranty program provides coverage for ten years, offering you peace of mind and support beyond the completion of the construction process.
